Gebruik
Het preparaat wordt in een pan gedaan met een vinger water, men laat het weken door het ongeveer 10 minuten zachtjes te laten pruttelen, daarna voegt men een scheutje olie toe en laat men het een paar minuten sudderen. Aan het preparaat kan tomatensaus worden toegevoegd.
Ingrediënten. Brandnetel, goji, prei, basilicum, dragon, bieslookkruiden, marjolein, peterselie.
