Bak in olijfolie 1 eetlepel van het poeder. Het kan ook direct op het bord worden gemalen.
Gebruik
Het poeder wordt in een pan met een vinger water gedaan, laat het ongeveer 10 minuten op laag vuur sudderen, voeg dan een scheutje olie toe en bak het een paar minuten. Er kan tomatensaus aan het poeder worden toegevoegd.
