Lenticchie Alce Nero (Benaming: Lenticchie) is een specialiteit op basis van Lenticchie. Het wordt geproduceerd door Alce Nero & Mielizia en wordt gedistribueerd door Alce Nero uit Monterenzio (BO).

De biologische lenticchie van Alce Nero komen uitsluitend van Italiaanse teelt. De plant van de lenticchie is zeer oud en heeft zijn oorsprong in het Oosten. Voor gebruik: laat de lenticchie 6 uur weken in koud water, waarbij je het water minstens één keer ververst. Om de schil te verzachten, voeg dan pas zout toe aan het einde van de kooktijd; om darmopblazingen te voorkomen, gebruik laurier of venkel tijdens de bereiding.

Controle-organisme geautoriseerd door het MiPAAF. Gecontroleerde operator nr. 4966
