Plantaardige drank op basis van soja met calcium Alce Nero (Benaming: Plantaardige drank op basis van soja met plantaardig calcium) is een specialiteit op basis van Water, Italiaanse sojabonen 7,5%, lithothamnium calcareum alg 0,35%, zeezout. Het wordt geproduceerd door Alce Nero & Mielizia en wordt gedistribueerd door Alce Nero uit Monterenzio (BO).
De plantaardige sojadrank van Alce Nero is gemaakt van biologische Italiaanse sojabonen. Een belangrijke vervanging voor traditionele melk, is het koud gedronken aangenaam en verfrissend, terwijl het met de toevoeging van gerst, koffie of cacao ideaal wordt voor het ontbijt. De plantaardige drank Solo Soia Alce Nero is ook perfect in de keuken voor de bereiding van desserts, crèmes en smoothies.
