Maïs- en durumtarwecrackers Senatore Cappelli Alce Nero (Benaming: Biologische maïs- en durumtarwecrackers Senatore Cappelli) is een specialiteit op basis van 80% maïs, 19% durumtarwe Senatore Cappelli en zout. Het wordt geproduceerd door Alce Nero & Mielizia en wordt gedistribueerd door Alce Nero uit Monterenzio (BO).
De maïs- en durumtarwecrackers Senatore Cappelli Alce Nero worden gemaakt door aan de Italiaanse rijst durumtarwe Senatore Cappelli toe te voegen, wat de cracker een intensere en vollere smaak geeft die typisch is voor deze bijzondere tarwe. Ze zijn ideale vervangers voor brood of toast, vooral in een evenwichtige voeding. Ze zijn ook smakelijk licht verwarmd.
