Paccheri di Gragnano Alce Nero (Benaming: Pasta van harde tarwe semolina) is een specialiteit op basis van harde tarwe semolina. Het wordt geproduceerd door Alce Nero & Mielizia en wordt gedistribueerd door Alce Nero uit Monterenzio (BO).
De paccheri di Gragnano Alce Nero worden gemaakt van biologische harde tarwe uit Italië. De verwerking respecteert het ambachtelijke proces, gevolgd door een ruwe bronzen extrusie en een langzame droging bij lage temperaturen. De biologische spaghettoni di Gragnano van Alce Nero hebben een delicate smaak die goed samengaat met elk type saus, vooral met sauzen op basis van vis.
