Zoete amandelbeschuitjes met zuurdesem van Baule Volante (Benaming: Zoete beschuitjes met biologische amandelen.) is een specialiteit op basis van tarwebloem type 0, rijstsiroop, 10% amandelen, 13% tarwezuurdesem (water, tarwebloem type 0, volkoren tarwebloem), 4% volkoren tarwebloem, 2,2% extra vierge olijfolie, gist, zeezout. De producent is Baule Volante.
De zoete beschuitjes met amandelen en zuurdesem van Baule Volante zijn gemaakt met: tarwebloem type 0, rijstsiroop, 10% amandelen, 13% tarwezuurdesem (water, tarwebloem, volkoren tarwebloem), 4% volkoren tarwebloem, 2,2% extra vierge olijfolie, natuurlijke gist (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), zeezout.
