Bereid voor Zero% Gluten Fior di Loto brood (Benaming: Biologisch broodmix. Biologisch preparaat zonder gluten, speciaal geformuleerd voor mensen met coeliakie) is een specialiteit op basis van ultrafijne rijstmeel, maïszetmeel, tapiocazetmeel, suiker, zout, verdikkingsmiddel (xanthaangom), rijsmiddel (natriumbicarbonaat), zuurteregelaar (kaliumtartraten).
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Mix van glutenvrije meelsoorten waarmee thuis op eenvoudige en doeltreffende wijze brood kan worden bereid. Voeg slechts enkele ingrediënten toe om gemakkelijk een glutenvrij brood te verkrijgen.
