Volkoren boekweitkoekjes Cuoricini “Fior di Biscotti” Fior di Loto (Benaming: Biologisch volkoren zandkoekje) is een specialiteit op basis van volkoren boekweitmeel 58%, plantaardige margarine (kokosolie, zonnebloemolie, saffloerolie, emulgator: zonnebloemlecithine, zuurteregelaar: citroenzuur), maissiroop 19%, rijstdrank (water, rijstmeel 20%).
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Met een stevige maar brosse textuur, lichtbruin van kleur, kenmerkende geur van boekweit. Gezoet met maissiroop. Recept zonder lactose, zonder eieren en zonder gist.
Controleorgaan erkend door het MiPAAF. Gecontroleerde operator nr. 7053
