Volkoren speltbeschuiten “Maxicereal” Fior di Loto (Benaming: Biologisch bakkerijproduct, speltbeschuiten.) is een specialiteit op basis van volkoren speltmeel (bevat gluten) 88%, gist, tarwegluten (bevat gluten), zonnebloemolie 3,3%, zout, meelverbeteraar: ascorbinezuur.
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Rijk aan vezels dankzij de volkoren granen, zonder toegevoegde suikers, naast de van nature aanwezige, en met een verlaagd gehalte aan verzadigde vetten, vandaar de keuze voor biologische zonnebloemolie.
