Volkoren kamut® beschuit “Maxicereal” Fior di Loto (Benaming: Biologisch bakkerijproduct, beschuit van khorasan kamut®-tarwe.) is een specialiteit op basis van 90% volkorenmeel van khorasan kamut®-tarwe, 4,5% zonnebloemolie, gist, zout, meelverbeteraar: ascorbinezuur.
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Rijk aan vezels dankzij de volkoren granen, zonder toegevoegde suikers, naast de van nature aanwezige, en met een verlaagd gehalte aan verzadigde vetten, vandaar de keuze voor biologische zonnebloemolie.
Ingrediënten. Volkorenmeel van khorasan kamut®-tarwe* 90%, zonnebloemolie* 4,5%, gist, zout, meelverbeteraar: ascorbinezuur. (*van biologische landbouw)
Kan sporen bevatten van noten, melk, eieren, sesamzaad en soja.
