Piadina met haver en rijst Fior di Loto (Benaming: Biologisch glutenvrij product speciaal samengesteld voor mensen met coeliakie) is een specialiteit op basis van water, meelmix (havermeel 13%, rijstmeel 12%, maïsmeel, goudvlasmeel), maïszetmeel, zonnebloemolie, tapiocazetmeel, aardappelzetmeel, plantaardige vezels (bamboevezel, psylliumvezel), zout, emulgator (zonnebloemlecithine), verdikkingsmiddel (xanthaangom), rijsmiddel (natriumbicarbonaat), natuurlijke aroma's.

Een glutenvrije, veganistische piadina zonder palmolie, met een delicate smaak dankzij de aanwezigheid van haver en rijst, en met een zachte consistentie.
