Tarallini van spelt met kurkuma Fior di Loto (Benaming: Biologisch bakkerijproduct op basis van spelt met extra vergine olijfolie 16% en kurkuma) is een specialiteit op basis van speltbloem type '0', witte wijn (bevat sulfieten), extra vergine olijfolie 16%, zout, biologische kurkuma 2,2%.
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Een knapperige en verleidelijke snack, op basis van alleen speltbloem, met extra vergine olijfolie, zonder gist en zonder palmolie. Deze tarallini zijn veganistisch en bevatten maar liefst 2% kurkuma.
