Fusilli van harde Cappelli-tarwe Fior di Loto (Benaming: Biologische pasta van harde Cappelli-tarwesemolina) is een specialiteit op basis van harde Cappelli-tarwesemolina, water.
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Door brons getrokken en bij lage temperaturen gedroogd. De harde Cappelli-tarwe, vrij van geïnduceerde genetische veranderingen, wordt beschouwd als de Koning van de Italiaanse harde tarwes.
Controleorgaan erkend door het MiPAAF. Gecontroleerde operator nr. 7053
