Spaghetti van harde Cappelli-tarwe Fior di Loto (Benaming: Biologische pasta van harde Cappelli-tarwegriesmeel) is een specialiteit op basis van harde Cappelli-tarwegriesmeel en water.
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Door een bronzen mal geperst en bij lage temperaturen gedroogd. De harde Cappelli-tarwe, vrij van kunstmatige genetische veranderingen, wordt beschouwd als de Koning van de Italiaanse harde tarwe.
Controleorgaan erkend door het MiPAAF. Gecontroleerde operator nr. 7053
Ingrediënten. Griesmeel van harde Cappelli-tarwe*, water. (*uit biologische landbouw)
