Kamut®-margrieten met gepofte rijst Zero% Lievito Fior di Loto (Benaming: Biologisch zandkoekje zonder gist met zeer laag zoutgehalte) is een specialiteit op basis van khorasan kamut-tarwebloem 49%, rijstsiroop 25%, zonnebloemolie 17%, appelsap 7%, gepofte rijst 1,3%, natuurlijk vanille-aroma, emulgator: zonnebloemlecithine.
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Het koekje zonder gist. Met khorasan kamut-tarwebloem om een alternatief te bieden voor tarwe. Het recept bevat geen suiker en de zoetheid is toe te schrijven aan het gebruik van rijstsiroop en appelsap.
