Speculoos-speltbiscuits met honing en kaneel Fior di Loto (Benaming: Biologische speculaasbiscuits met honing en kaneel) is een specialiteit op basis van rietsuiker, speltmeel (bevat gluten) 23,4%, volkoren speltmeel (bevat gluten) 20,5%, niet-gehydrogeneerde plantaardige margarine (palmolie, zonnebloemolie, water, zout, zuurteregelaar: citroenzuur), honing 2,7%, sojameel, rijsmiddel: natriumwaterstofcarbonaat, kaneel 0,2%.
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Een oud boerenrecept op basis van meel en honing met een uitgesproken kaneelsmaak, zeer wijdverspreid vooral in Noord-Europa, dat vandaag wordt verrijkt met een variant op basis van speltmeel, bereid volgens traditie.
