Iodized zeezout fijn Fior di Loto (Benaming: Fijn zeezout verrijkt met jodium) is een specialiteit op basis van natuurlijk zeezout, anti-agglomeratiemiddel: magnesiumcarbonaat, kaliumjodide 0,0051% gelijk aan 3mg jodium (I) per 100g product.
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Dit jodiumhoudende zout wordt gedroogd bij lage temperaturen en vervolgens gemalen. Ten slotte wordt het verrijkt met kaliumjodide in de wettelijk voorgeschreven hoeveelheden.
Ingrediënten. Natuurlijk zeezout, anti-agglomeratiemiddel: magnesiumcarbonaat, kaliumjodide 0,0051% gelijk aan 3mg jodium (I) per 100g product.
