Biscotti di farro e amaranto “Fior di Biscotti” Fior di Loto (Benaming: Fior di biscotti farro e amaranto. Biologisch zandkoekje met volkoren speltmeel.) is een specialiteit op basis van volkoren speltmeel (bevat gluten) 52%, rietsuiker, plantaardige margarine (kokosolie, zonnebloemolie, saffloerolie, emulgator: zonnebloemlecithine, zuurteregelaar: citroenzuur), gepofte amarant 5%, rijstdrankpoeder (water, rijst).
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Koekjes van lichtbruine kleur met witte puntjes van de amarant, met een stevige maar brosse consistentie en de aangename smaak en geur van het speltzandkoekje met een duidelijke toets van amarant.
Controleorgaan erkend door het MiPAAF. Gecontroleerde operator nr. 7053
