Volkoren spelt- en gierstbiscuits “Fior di Biscotti” Fior di Loto (Benaming: Fior di biscuits spelt en gierst. Biologisch zandkoekje met volkoren speltmeel) is een specialiteit op basis van volkoren speltmeel (bevat gluten) 53%, rietsuiker, plantaardige margarine (kokosolie, zonnebloemolie, saffloerolie, emulgator: zonnebloemlecithine, zuurteregelaar: citroenzuur), gepofte gierst 4%, rijstdrank (water, rijstmeel 20%).
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Heerlijke biscuits van opgeklopt deeg, op traditionele wijze bereid. Biscuits van lichtbruine kleur met witte puntjes van de gierst, met een stevige maar brosse consistentie en de aangename smaak en geur van het speltzandkoekje met een duidelijke toets van gierst.
