Ongepelde gierstvlokken Fior di Loto (Benaming: Biologische ongepelde gierstvlokken) is een specialiteit op basis van gierst.
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Gierst (Panicum miliaceum) is een graan dat oorspronkelijk uit India komt, maar in verschillende subtropische regio's wordt verbouwd. Tegenwoordig krijgt het nieuwe aandacht dankzij de natuurlijke afwezigheid van gluten.
