Tarwebiscuits met maissiroop “Fior di Biscotti” Fior di Loto (Benaming: Biologisch zandkoekje met maismeel) is een specialiteit op basis van patentbloem type "0", maissiroop 24%, plantaardige margarine (kokosolie, zonnebloemolie, saffloerolie, emulgator: zonnebloemlecithine, zuurteregelaar: citroenzuur), maismeel 19%, rijstdrank (water, rijstmeel 20%).
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Een goed ambachtelijk bereid koekje, met een stevige maar brosse consistentie, gele kleur, geur en smaak kenmerkend voor maïs. Gezoet met maïsmout.
Controleorgaan erkend door het MiPAAF. Gecontroleerde operator nr. 7053
