Tarwebiscuits met appel en wortel “Fior di Biscotti” Fior di Loto (Benaming: Biologisch zandkoekje met appelmoes en wortelmeel) is een specialiteit op basis van patentbloem type "0", maïssiroop 23%, plantaardige margarine (kokosolie, zonnebloemolie, saffloerolie, emulgator: zonnebloemlecithine, zuurteregelaar: citroenzuur), wortelmeel 5%, appelmoes 2,5%, rijstdrankpoeder (water, rijst).
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Een lekker verrukkelijk koekje, ambachtelijk bereid, met een stevige maar brosse textuur, oranjeachtige kleur, geur en smaak kenmerkend voor wortel. Gezoet met maïssiroop.
Controleorgaan erkend door het MiPAAF. Gecontroleerde operator nr. 7053
