Kokosbiscuits “Fior di Biscotti” Fior di Loto (Benaming: Biologisch zandkoekje met kokosvlokken) is een specialiteit op basis van patentbloem type 0 64,4%, maïssiroop 27,7%, plantaardige margarine (hoog oliezuur zonnebloemolie, plantaardig vet (sheaboter), water, natuurlijk aroma), hoog oliezuur zonnebloemolie, kokosvlokken 3%, natuurlijk aroma.
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Een goed, verleidelijk biscuit, ambachtelijk bereid, met een stevige maar brosse textuur, witgele kleur, en het kenmerkende aroma en de smaak van kokos. Gezoet met maïssiroop en zonder palmolie.
Controleorgaan erkend door het MiPAAF. Gecontroleerde operator nr. 100743
