Glutenvrije granulaire groentebouillon Il Fior di Loto (Benaming: Biologisch preparaat voor bouillon en granulaire plantaardige kruiding) is een specialiteit op basis van zeezout, rijstmeel, maïszetmeel, gedehydrateerde groenten in variabele verhouding 11,3% (ui, selderij, wortel, peterselie, prei), miso (soja, rijst, water, zout, koji), gistextract, extra vergine olijfolie, specerijen.
De producent is Il Fior di Loto.
Ideaal voor de bereiding van soepen, of als kruiding of smaakversterker voor andere bereidingen. Glutenvrij en zonder glutamaat.
Controleorgaan erkend door het MiPAAF. Gecontroleerde operator nr. 7053
