Dille is een aromatische plant die afkomstig is uit Zuidwest-Azië, maar wijdverspreid is in heel Europa. Het wordt al sinds mensenheugenis gebruikt om gastro-intestinale, spijsverterings- en esthetische problemen zoals cellulite te bestrijden. Het heeft bovendien sterke ontspannende eigenschappen als het voor het slapengaan in infusie wordt ingenomen.
Gebruik
Bij uitstek geschikt voor het bereiden van infusies, maar ook uitstekend voor het aromatiseren van vis en groenten.
