BONGIOSOY Rolls: How to Prepare Them
The first step to prepare the delicious BONGIOSOY rolls is to combine the fresh yeast (or the dry one), with a teaspoon of brown sugar and dissolve everything with a little water. The mixture formed should be left to rise for 15 minutes. Once the rising is complete, we need to add the salt to the flour, adding a little water at a time. We must be careful to obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps, which we will knead vigorously. At this point, we need to add the previously prepared yeast to the mixture and form a ball with the dough. Next, we should cover the dough with cling film. We need to let everything rise for at least 6 hours, after which we can proceed with preparing the rolls and their baking.Baking
After the rising process is complete, we need to flour our work surface. Once we remove the cling film from our ball, we should form balls the size of the BONGIOSOY rolls we desire. We then need to work our loaves, folding them and rolling them on the work surface. Once placed on a baking tray, we should bake our rolls on the lowest shelf of a preheated oven at 200° and leave them at the end of the baking with the oven slightly ajar for another 10 minutes until we achieve the desired golden colour. With the BONGIOSOY mix, the rolls will remain soft and a thin, very crunchy crust will form on their surface!Condividi
