Ingredients : Organic orange honey.
Characteristics: Plant origin: Citrus (orange), belonging to the Rutaceae family. Orange honey is always very light in color, straw yellow when liquid, but tends to be white when solid. Crystallization is not immediate, but always occurs before the winter following harvest (liquid state: 3-4 months), and can be more or less fine. On the nose, it has a very pleasant scent, typical of orange blossoms. The flavor is decidedly sweet and pleasant, floral and persistent when finely crystallized, the creamy texture exudes a slight acidic note.
