Characteristics: Thick hot chocolate is a natural treat that warms both body and soul. OVER A FLAME: Pour the contents of the sachet into a saucepan, slowly stirring in 125 ml of milk. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly until the desired consistency is reached. IN THE MICROWAVE: Pour the contents of the sachet into a cup, slowly stirring in 125 ml of milk. Cook for 1 minute at 750 watts. For a thicker chocolate, cook for an additional 30 seconds. WITH A CHOCOLATE MAKER: Melt 150 g of the mix for each liter of milk and pour into the chocolate maker, heating to 90°C for about 40-45 minutes, then lowering to 65°C. For a thicker chocolate, use 200 g of the mix for each liter of milk.
