Arborio derives from the name of a town in the Vercelli area where it was originally selected. Arborio rice, like Carnaroli, belongs to the superfine group.
CHARACTERISTICS
It has a large, pearly grain , which increases significantly in volume during cooking , while maintaining the central core, rich in starch, al dente.

Ideal for risottos and any preparation where you want the rice to remain dry.
