The spices in this masala are dried and blended by a group of women from Ushagram Loka Sikshaniketan, a foundation that supports small rural communities in the Nadia district (West Bengal) through programs to enhance natural resources, education, and healthcare, as well as specific programs for women's entrepreneurship. For packaging, they collaborate with RASA (Ruro Agro Services Association), which supports them in the development, quality control, and marketing of their products.
