Description / 500g gluten-free gelatin sheets
Rebecchi gelatin is made from pure natural proteins. It provides a solid, transparent structure to both sweet and savory dishes.
Being neutral it does not alter flavours .
How to use.
Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water for 5-7 minutes, then remove and squeeze them lightly.
With hot foods , add the gelatin directly: it dissolves immediately.
For cold foods (e.g. cream), heat and dissolve the gelatin in a small container. First mix a small amount of food into the dissolved gelatin, then add the entire mixture, mixing thoroughly.
Keep in a cool place for 2/3 hours to firm up.
