Description / 20kg Organic Potato Flakes
They are obtained by hot-air drying and grinding fresh, peeled potatoes. This special process significantly improves their preservation and convenience.
For every kg of flakes, approximately 7 kg of fresh potatoes are used.
Unlike conventional potato flakes, these are free from preservatives, colorants, antioxidants and additives of any kind!
How to use:
They are used to prepare purees, creams, cakes, sweet and savory baked goods . For baked goods, it is necessary to combine flourwith gluten (spelt, KAMUT® khorasan wheat or wheat): approximately 80%.
To prepare the puree, proceed as follows:
Recipe for the production of 8 portions :
- Boil 1 liter of water and add 2 tablespoons of salt.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and add ½ litre of cold milk.
- Add 240g of potato flakes gradually and evenly, until the mashed flakes are completely mixed with the liquid.
- After 1 minute, whisk the puree briefly.
