Luca Montersino, the pinnacle of national and international pastry making , renowned worldwide for his charisma and exceptional expertise , was born in 1973 and founded “ Golosi di salute ” in Alba, the first Italian health-focused pastry shop offering authentic, delicious desserts of the highest quality. From 2001 to 2004, he was director of the Istituto Superiore Arti Culinarie Etoile . Today, his delicious creations are sold in all the finest pastry shops in Italy that display his brand. Together with Oscar Farinetti, he opened the “Luca Montersino per Eataly” pastry shops in Turin, Tokyo, New York, Genoa, Pinerolo, and Asti, establishing himself as an internationally renowned pastry chef. With his unmistakable, clear, and precise style, he has won over audiences on shows such as Peccati di gola (Alice TV) and La Prova del Cuoco (RaiUno) .
