Description / Mix with bitter almonds (in flour) 250g
Bitter almonds are harvested from the same plant as sweet almonds and are characterised by the presence of a substance called amygdalin , which is responsible for the bitter flavour they impart.
They are then transformed into flour to make them easier to use.
How to use:
They are used, in very small quantities , to prepare soft amaretti biscuits , traditional amaretti biscuits and any other preparation where you want to add the typical bitter flavour.
