Description / Wheat germ oil 250ml
It is obtained exclusively through physical (and not chemical! ) processes from the wheat embryo, that is, the noblest and most nutritious center of this cereal.
It is a very healthy oil composed mainly of polyunsaturated fats (the noblest) and very rich in vitamin E ( tocopherol ).
How to use:
It should only be used raw in any food preparation. It should not be reheated, as heat will deteriorate it.
It can also be used for cosmetic purposes.
