Masalas are spice blends that characterize the dishes of India's diverse cuisine , depending on the season and the foods they accompany. The spices in this masala are dried and mixed by a group of women from Ushagram Loka Sikshaniketan, a foundation that supports small rural communities in the Nadia district (West Bengal) through programs to enhance natural resources, education, and healthcare, and specific programs for women's entrepreneurship. For packaging, they collaborate with RASA (Ruro Agro Services Association), which supports them in the development, quality control, and marketing of their products.
