The Mutta Massimo Organic Farm, which produces DOC and IGT wines, is located within the Euganean Hills Park in the province of Padua and uses organic farming methods to carefully process the grapes. This manual process produces an exquisite Prosecco, which is organic and free from harmful substances , as only natural insecticides are used in the vineyard. Pesticides are therefore absolutely prohibited in the vineyard where the Tenuta Mutta Massimo Sparkling Wine is produced. Mr. Massimo's policy is to hand-pick the grapes when they are fully ripe. They are then pressed without the use of additives, a process that enhances the wine's quality by providing the right acidity and a truly unique flavor. From working the grapes with extreme dedication and due care, a top-quality organic wine is born, increasingly appreciated by consumers who demand it most.
