HOW TO USE

Using the basket is simple. Before using it for the first time, it's best to wash and dry it thoroughly. Once the dough is ready, simply flour the inside of the (dry) basket and place the dough inside, taking care to respect the required rising time. As the dough rises and solidifies, it takes on the shape and shape of the basket. Once risen, the loaf is easily removed by simply turning the basket over onto a baking sheet . The basket is easy to wash. It doesn't go in the oven and is designed only for rising, not baking.
