A cream with a pleasant and natural flavour!
Tahini is an organic cream made by steaming and grinding hulled sesame seeds. No other substances, such as synthetic preservatives, colorings, or flavor enhancers, are used during the processing, resulting in a 100% natural product.
It has a dense, spreadable consistency and a very pleasant, salty flavor. Nutritionally, tahini is highly alkalizing, rich in healthy fats , fiber, calcium, and iron. It can be spread on bread as an alternative to butter or used in a variety of dishes, such as hummus or falafel (chickpea balls), or even on salads.
