Lentilli , fusilli made with green lentil flour, are an excellent specialty rich in nutrients. The flour is obtained by grinding unhulled lentils on natural stone mills.

COOKING TIME (min.):4-5 minutes
HOW TO USE
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt to taste, and pour in the contents of the package. Cook for 4 minutes for al dente pasta, or add 1 minute for well-cooked pasta. Season to taste. This pasta is also excellent with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
