Perlanera is a dark beer, deep black in color with a distinct ruby hue. The nose immediately reveals notes of toasted barley coffee and cocoa, complemented by a pleasant herbaceous hop note. On the palate, it expresses a well-developed and satisfying flavor, light in body, dominated by a spicy, vegetal bitter finish.
This beer is born in the Trunasse Brewery , located in the heart of Piedmont among the hills of Cuneo, which produces exclusively craft beers, top-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized , but above all without the addition of preservatives and stabilizers .
