Smoked paprika is an excellent spice derived from a particular type of chili pepper, which is dried on fine wood.
This spice is widespread in the Iberian Peninsula, where it is used in soups, cream soups, stews and more generally to give a spicy and slightly smoky aroma to any dish.
Paprika has a tonic and antiseptic effect on our body, stimulates the digestive system, aids digestion and strengthens the circulatory system.
The vitamins it contains are: vitamin E, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin K, and beta-carotene. Among the minerals it contains are: calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, potassium, selenium, sodium, magnesium, and phosphorus.
