The Dandelion Honey produced by the Micromondi Agricultural Company is a highly genuine product, coming from Taraxacum officinale.
It is produced in the Varaita Valley , at the foot of Monviso, at the beginning of spring, if the bee colonies are sufficiently developed at the time of this flowering.
It is renowned for its diuretic and purifying properties , its beneficial effect on the kidneys, and its ability to regulate intestinal function. It crystallizes spontaneously very quickly, often forming very fine, regular crystals that form a soft, creamy mass . It is bright yellow in color and has a very intense, almost ammonia-like, pungent aroma.
The packaging is made of transparent glass with a metal cap, very elegant , with a transparent label and bright colours.
