The Chestnut Honey produced by the Micromondi Farm is a highly genuine product, coming from the Chestnut tree.
It is produced in the Varaita Valley , at the foot of Monviso. It is renowned for its antispasmodic and astringent properties , as it promotes blood circulation and is a urinary tract disinfectant. Recommended for the elderly and children.
It is generally liquid or crystallizes slowly, not always regularly. Its color is amber, almost black, and its flavor is initially pungent, then more or less strongly bitter.
The packaging is made of transparent glass with a metal cap, very elegant , with a transparent label and bright colours.
