Description / Te Pu-Her g.100
This tea is also called "red" for the reddish color it acquires during infusion. The flavor is subtle with a woody, earthy leathery note, almost smoky.
Usage
The infusion of teas usually takes place at high temperatures, between 85°C and 95°C, and the infusion times are between 3 and 4 minutes.
