Description / Te Rooibush g.100
South African red tea is obtained from the twigs and leaves of Aspalathus linearis, so it is not a member of the tea family. When dried, it takes on a red color. It is naturally caffeine-free! It has a pleasant, aromatic flavor.
Usage
The infusion of teas usually takes place at high temperatures, between 85°C and 95°C, and the infusion times are between 3 and 4 minutes.
