Description / Yerba Mate 100g
These are the leaves of Ilex Paraguaiensis. It's a typical South American beverage prepared in the same way as tea. The infusion is done at 0.07°C to avoid burning the leaves. The flavor is very distinctive and distinctive.
Usage
The infusion of teas usually takes place at high temperatures, between 85°C and 95°C, and the infusion times are between 3 and 4 minutes.
