Franciacorta Saten is a DOCG sparkling wine produced exclusively from organic white grapes using the classic method: after aging on the lees for 24 to 30 months, the wine is disgorged. The bottles then rest for at least another four months. The high quality of the Chardonnay grapes combined with expert and patient cellar work create this exclusive wine with an elegant flavor. Straw yellow in color with golden highlights, Franciacorta Satèn DOCG is characterized by a distinctive, very fine and persistent perlage, a bouquet with the characteristic notes of bottle fermentation, and hints of bread crust and yeast in a pleasant balance with delicate notes of citrus and dried fruit (almond, hazelnut, white fig). A savory, fresh, refined, and harmonious wine.
