An omelette with a seafood flavour
Usage
The mixture is placed in a pan with a little water, left to simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, then a drizzle of oil is added and sautéed for a few minutes. Tomato sauce can be added.
Ingredients: Leeks, seaweed (dulse and wakame), basil, tarragon, chives, mustard, parsley, and thyme.
